 Senior Mechanical Design EngineerEast BerkshireSalary: £45,000 up to £55,000 per annum + benefitsJob Ref: DR55292A national recognised construction company with a specialist building services division. Providing sustainable solutions and authoritative impartial engineering advice on major projects worldwide.Role:This Building Services consultancy is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead teams working on demanding large-scale projects both in the UK and overseas. Working closely with clients, architects and other members of the professional team you will take an active role in establishing the brief of projects, leading design and developing potential solutions in order to assist in delivering high quality projects in a timely and cost effective manner.You will represent the company in client meetings, lead negotiations with the local authorities and undertake site visits/inspections. You will also be required to write detailed reports and specifications. To succeed in this role you should be proactive and able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision and limited technical support.
