 Site Manager required for traditional build development - Reigate / Surrey areaSite Manager required for a traditional build residential development consisting of circa 15-20 units. The successful candidate must have prior traditional build experience and will have constructed similar type and size projects in the past, from inception through to completion and locked door. Responsibilities will include taking control of all construction matters on site, managing sub contractor's quality throughout the build including the finished product. Ensure full compliance of Health and Safety procedures, review the programme continuously ensuring the project remains on schedule, monitor the sub contract programmes, chair various on site meetings and report site progress when required. Previous NHBC Awards would be advantageousThis client is looking for applicants in the locality of Redhill, Reigate, Dorking, Epsom, Banstead, Godstone, Horley and Crawley type areas.
