 Site Manager required for Residential Developer Berks / BucksMy client is looking to recruit a Site Manager to manage the complete build process of 10 detached and semi detached houses in the High Wycombe area. Theses will be relatively large properties built to a high specification, so the successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience of building similar type projects from inception through to completion.Having previously worked for a new build housing developer, candidates will know what is needed to produce an excellent product within given time constraints and budget.Ideally candidates will be located around the Berkshire / Bucks borders so they are well placed for future projects in Berkshire and surrounding areas.If you are a Site Manager and have built similar projects from inception through to completion and believe this position could be for you, please apply by sending an up to date CV highlighting relevant experience.
