 Design Manager - South Midlands / LondonThe Company My client is a national main contractor with a strong order book on PFI projects. Due to further expansion, they are seeking a new Design Manager to add to an existing strong Design team focussing predominately on pre-construction / tender works. The Role Offering full Design co-ordination and management at pre-construction on a variety of general build projects, incorporating tendering, value engineering and sustainable solutions e.g. BREEAM. Required Skills -Have previous experience as a Design & Build Co-ordinator / Manager within a Main Contractor. -Whilst the role involves projects on live sites, exposure to Tender / Preconstruction stage is essential. -Previously worked on PFI projects (Ideally within the Healthcare Sector).-Experience working on multi-million pound projects. -Must be commutable to South Midlands / London. -A M&E background would be an added advantage although not essential.Remuneration -£50,000- £55,000 Basic Salary (dependent on experience) -Company Car / Allowance -Healthcare -Pension Apply now for further details.
