 Mechanical & Electrical Design ManagerThe Company This company is a reputable engineering consultancy who operate within the general build and high spec residential sectors.The Role The successful Mechanical & Electrical Manager will be managing a team of Mechanical and Electrical design engineers ensuring that a quality service is delivered to clients on bespoke projects. The role will be based from their office near Manchester, although their workload will be working remotely on multi-million pound projects based in London / South East.Requirements -Previous employment history working for a engineering company / consultancy.-Strong M&E design engineering background.-Be able to review and interrogate M&E designs and implement changes as required.-Previous team management experience is required.-A mechanical bias would be preferable.-Project Management experience would be advantageous.-Experience working on building construction projects is essential and in particular previous project history on High Spec apartments / housing would be desirable.-Experience working on Multi-Million pound building services projects.Remuneration -Up to £50,000 Basic Salary-Competitive Company BenefitsApply now for further details.
