 This Main Contractor cover New Build Projects in the Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Leisure, Retail and Affordable Housing Sectors.They are looking to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor for an £80m, 17 Storey, Mixed Use Retail / Residential Project in South East London. Working as part of the Commercial Team and Reporting into a Lead Surveyor, duties will include Sub Contract Procurement, Variations, Measurements, Cost Control, and all other day to day Site Activities. Candidates will need to have a stable proven track record with Top 30 Main Contractors, and have worked on Large Scale Projects before. Membership or working towards MCIOB or RICS is desirable but not essential. An excellent Salary and Package is being offered.
