 This Main Contractor covers Projects in the Affordable Housing, Care Home, Student Accommodation and Estate Regeneration Sectors ranging from £3m - £30m in value, and are looking to recruit a Customer Services Manager. The role will involve providing efficient and professional service to clients throughout defects period. Candidates will ensure compliance with customer service procedures, ensure defects are dealt with as expediently as possible with minimum cost and inconvenience, have good working relationships with subcontractors who are undertaking remedial work and be objective and proactive in providing timely solutions to problems.
