 This Main Contractor covers New Build, Refurbishment and Fit-Out Projects in the Education, Retail, Leisure, Healthcare and Commercial Sectors. They are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to run Commercial activities for the Property Services (Small Works) Department covering various public & Private Sector Framework contracts ranging from £5k - £1m in value. Candidates must have extensive Commercial experience, able to manage a team, client facing, and Reporting into a Regional Manager. An excellent Salary and Package is on offer.
