Description:	Site Manager required for large two storey Marketing Suite / Show ApartmentsSite Manager required to join the management team at the early stages of a very large residential Riverside development in London.The successful candidate will have an excellent sustained work history and be able to demonstrate an understanding of construction from inception through to completion. Having worked on similar large residential projects in the past the individual will know what it takes to successfully manage this type of project.Initially the successful candidate will be tasked with developing the new Marketing Suite / Show Apartments which will be a large two storey structure encompassing all aspects of the main build and interior of the apartments on the project. On completion of this phase, you will be moved to the main build which in its entirety consists of 5 large RC Frame blocks of high spec residential apartments.If you have excellent experience in this type of build and confident you can achieve an excellent standard of marketing / show apartment, please apply by sending an up to date CV highlighting relevant experience.
