 Sustainability Manager - East Midlands - Build / ResidentialOur client is looking for a Sustainability Manager / Co-ordinator to work out of their office in the East Midlands. The Sustainability Manager should the following:-Experience in a sustainability/ BREEAM role previously-Worked in the general build construction sector - residential project experience would be advantageous-Experience of working for a main general build contractor-Exposure to the role elements shown below or strong understanding of them is required.You will be responsible for appraising all build schemes against the sustainable homes, environmental assessment schemes and BREEAM codes, providing risk and energy assessments on all tender, bids and proposals. You will be required to produce CSH assessments at all construction stages, establish CSH and Part L compliance strategy, identify energy requirements, renewable sources, calculate SAP assessments and EPC's. Advise on materials, renewable technologies and specifications to comply with relevant standards.
