 This Main Contractor covers New Build, Refurbishment and Fit-Out Projects in the Education, Retail, Leisure, Healthcare and Commerical Sectors. They are looking to recruit a Small Works Manager to head up there Property Services Department covering various public & Private Sector Framework contracts ranging from £5k - £1m in value. Candidates may come from a Quantity Surveying or Contracts Management background, but must have extensive Production and Commercial experience. The role will include managing Production and Commercial teams, client facing, and able of winning work. An excellent Salary and Package is on offer.
