Description:	Project Manager required for this new build 650 unit student accommodation project in the City of London.The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the construction activities on site reporting progress to the Project Director.Applicants will require relevant experience, having built similar size and type projects in the past and may come from either a developer or main contractor background. Relevant experience may include similar size and type projects for example, large hotel projects or large high rise residential new builds This fast track program would suit a dynamic individual with a can do attitude.Ideally applicants will be degree qualified and computer literate, whilst having an excellent understanding of the build process. This is a temp to perm position.
