 Quantity Surveyor - Rail / LULOur client is a well established London based rail contractor working on civil engineering projects in the Rail and Underground sectors.. ROLE* Valuations* Client Liaison* Management of sub contractor documentation* Reporting* Control all commercial aspects of allocated projectsCANDIDATE*Must have Quantity Surveying experience in a construction / civils environment*Ideally with LUL / Network Rail experience.*Experience of working on project values ranging from £500k up to £5m. *Must be degree educated to degree level*Excellent communication skills with site staff and clients*Intermediate skill level in Word, Excel and Outlook*Able to work to tight deadlines *Able to work effectively in a teamBENEFITS*Salary 35 - 40K per annum*28 Days Holiday
