 Internals Fit Out Site Manager - High Rise Residential Apartments/Flats -London - Permanent - Immediate Start My client is one of the UK's leading Residential Developers. It provides a comprehensive construction service throughout central Southern England. They have a high percentage of negotiated work and repeat business which is a reflection on the relationships that we build with our clients working on projects both large and small. The project is a £100m Mixed use development consisting of luxury apartments located in Central London. I am looking for an Individual with a proven track record in Internal Fit Out Site Management gained within the Residential sector. Ideally you will have a strong Residential background with experience working on large projects, high rise high-spic apartments. You will be a strong team player with good communication skills, who can motivate and influence others. Proven experience in managing a team of people and carrying out all associated processes. It is essential you have First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS Key Duties and Responsibilities: *Ensure the site is managed well and maintained at the highest standard of Health, Safety and Environment *Ensure site presentation is maintained in line with group requirements and promotes a good image. *Manage the site resources in line with agreed programme requirements * Establish the quality requirements for the project and ensure the works are completed to a high standard * Maintain relevant records on site and liaise with the commercial team to ensure all financial aspects of the project are managed effectively * Understand the client's key requirements and liaise with the Project Manager Manager to manage expectations * Manage the resources available and liaise closely with the Project Manager to plan future requirements You must have valid CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS Please Email your CV to: shane@oneillandbrennan.com Key Words:Internals Fit Out Site Manager - High Rise Residential Apartments/Flats -London - Permanent - Immediate Start, CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS
