Description:	Senior Quantity Surveyor - Essex - 6 Month Contract - Immediate Start - U56My client has a high percentage of negotiated work and repeat business which is a reflection on the relationships that we build with our clients working on projects both large and small. Planned future development and an increase in workload, means we are currently seeking to recruit highly motivated senior quantity surveyor. I am recruiting for a senior QS to run a Design and Build projects in the Thurrock area of Essex . I am looking for someone with successful track record on building projects in excess of circa £10 million. Reporting to a visiting Commercial Manager/Managing Surveyor, they will be responsible for mainly procurement and subcontract packages. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential as is the ability to work well as part of a multi-discipline team. Experience of Design and Build projects would be an advantage.
