 Our client, a growing specialist mechanical and electrical contractor and subcontractor, currently has a requirement for a Senior Planner to be based from their London office (nr Great Portland Street), with all sites within the M25 (predominantly central).Due to continued growth and project wins, our client is seeking a Senior Planner to lead the planning function on several M&E projects within the rail sector. These can include lifts and escalators, lighting, CCTV, building services, automated doors, IT, etc, and can vary in value up to £30m.Ideally, our client is seeking the following:- Significant planning experience on mechanical & electrical projects, ideally having worked on station refurb schemes previously.- Proficient with Primavera P6 software.- Experience on schemes worth up to £30m desirable.- Personable and professional individual.- Eligible to work in the UK.In return, our client is offering a basic salary of between £45,000 and £50,000 per annum (dependent upon experience) plus travel allowance, pension and health.Services advertised by Project Resource are that of an employment business and/or agency.
