 Facade/Externals Site Manager - London - PermanentFacade/Externals Site Manager required to work for large developer in South West London on a £130m mixed use RC frame residential project running the £12.5m facade package.It is essential the candidates have a minimum of 5 years facade management experience on New Build projects with package values up to £20m ideally from either a sub contractor background or main contractor/developer background carrying out the same role. The successful Facade/Externals Site Manager will be responsible for the external packages, cladding, curtain wall installation, envelope and roof. They are also looking for a stable employment history with a good track record of projects and up to date CSCS, SMSTS and ideally First Aid 5 day as well.ASAP interview and start for the right candidate.
