 Quantity SurveyorLondon£25,000 - £30,000Our Client, a large main contractor has a requirement for an Intermediate level Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team. This is due to recently winning new projects and having a healthy order book for 2012 and beyond. The successful candidate will be taken on at a junior/intermediate level and have the opportunity and support to grow and progress within the business.The role will be working on the crossrail project and involve management of Sub Contractor Accounts, post contract work, costing and surveying, working closely with engineering staff and foremen and ensuring recovery of entitlement from the main contractor. Requirements:*Must be degree Qualified in a relevant subject, preferably Quantity Surveying.*Must have 3-4 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.*Must be from a main contracting background.*The successful Candidate will have previous experience in tunnelling projects.*Must be an ambitious individual who is a team player and looking to succeed within a prestigious contractor. *Must have experience working with NEC forms of Contract.
