 This Main Contractor covers New Build Affordable Housing, Care Homes and Regeneration projects ranging from £5m - £30m in value. They are looking to recruit a Site Manager for a £10m D&B Affordable Housing Scheme in Kent. The role will involve Managing Sub Contractors, Health & Safety, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Daily Diary, Programme, etc, reporting into a Project Man anger. Candidates must have a stable, proven tarck record within Main Contracting, and have worked on similar size and type of Projects before. CSCS, 1st Aid and SMSTS is essential. An excellent Salary and Package is on offer.
