 This Main Contractor covers New Build Affordable Housing, Care Homes and Regeneration projects ranging from £5m - £30m in value. They are looking to recruit a Principal Surveyor (Senior / Managing Surveyor) for Projects in the Buckinghamshire area. Duties will include providing commercial expertise and support for the Operations Head and Commercial Manager, ensuring the commercial team complies with the Group and business unit procedures, Identifying recruitment needs and undertake / participate in interviews, develop, motivate and retain surveying staff within the operating team, provide leadership to the commercial team to ensure achievement of targets and provide technical support to surveying staff within the operating team.Candidates must have a have a proven track record as a Principal Surveyor, with contracting experience gained within the social housing sector and be commercially and contractually astute. An excellent Salary and Package is on offer.
