 This Main Contractor covers Refurbishment and Restoration Projects in the Listed and Historic Buildings Sectors in London and South East, ranging from £50k - £500k in value. They are looking to recruit a Site Manager, who will be capable of working autonomously, reporting into a Visiting Contracts Manager. Duties will include Managing Sub Contractors, Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, Method Statements and all other day to day Site Activities. Candidates must have a stable, proven track record in Main Contracting, and have worked on similar Size and Type of projects before. A Competitive Salary and Package is on offer.
