 This Main Contractor covers New Build Affordable Housing, Care Home and Regeneration projects ranging from £5m - £30m in value. They are looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager for a £23m D&B RC / Timber frame Residential Regeneration in Essex. Working as part of the Site Team, you will be responsible for a large Internals Package, reporting into a Project Manager. Duties will include Managing Sub Contractors, Health & Safety, Method Statements, etc. Candidates must have extensive experience working for Main Contractors on D&B Social Housing / Regeneration type project before. CSCS, 1st AID and SMSTS is essential. An excellent Salary and package is on offer.
