 This Main Contractor covers New Build Projects in the Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Commercial, Leisure and Local Authority Sectors ranging from £500k - £4m in value. They are looking to recruit an Office based Quantity Surveyor who will be capable of looking after multiple projects. Reporting into a Commercial Manager, duties will include Sub Contract Procurement, Measurements, Variations, CV R's, final Accounts, and all other day to day duties. Candidates must have a stable, proven track record within Main Contracting, and will have at least 5 Years Quantity Surveying experience. An excellent Salary and Package is on offer..
