 This Main Contractor covers New Build Projects in the Health, Education, Commercial, Residential and Leisure Sectors ranging From £3m - £25m in value. They are looking to recruit a Pre Contract Quantity Surveyor who can deliver project control documents / take offs, on time, to a high quality. Duties will include undertaking project take-off's effectively and efficiently with a high degree of commercial and technical knowledge, effectively undertaking document control Identifying key technical construction issues and processes Identifying. Candidates should have a track record of successful delivery of bills of quantities, and will have worked for either a Main Contractor, Sub Contractor or PQS Consultancy.An excellent Salary and Package is being offered.
