 Project Planner - Retail- West Midlands Our client is looking for a Project Planner to work on both tender and live works Retail schemes in the West Midlands.Our client are a top contractor who have a full order book for the next 3 years and are looking to expand their team.You MUST have the following to be considered: - 3 + years in Planning - General Build contractor experience - Project experience in Retail (new build, extensions, re-fit, fit out) - A permanent track record of permanent employment - Proficient in Asta Power Project The Planner will be part of a small team of planners working on both tender and live works. You will be responsible for creating cost and resource loaded programmes, Critical Path, S Curves and Earned Value Management.
