Responsive Repairs Manager Job Details

(42 hours per week)

We are one of the major independent housing associations operating in the West Oxfordshire area and we are undergoing a major period of expansion and growth.  We currently employ 140 staff to look after almost 4,000 properties and our vision is to be a dynamic community business with our customers at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for a highly effective manager to lead a team of approximately 20 trades people in delivering a wide range of responsive services to customers in their homes.  You will have exceptional management skills capable of earning the trust and respect of your team, and you will be a decisive manager with a solid track record of delivering reactive repairs and maintenance services.  A technical background in plumbing, building, carpentry, or electrical work coupled with a vocational qualification in your chosen specialty is highly desirable.

Candidates must have a valid driving licence, and ideally live within a travel time of 1 hour from Witney in West Oxfordshire.
