 Site Manager required for project in South East LondonRecent projects in North West Kent and South East London have included 12 new traditional build houses, 4 large high value properties using Timber Frame construction and a block of flats, RC Frame.Successful candidates must have a sustained work history and an up to date First Aid qualification, CSCS card and SMSTS. All applicants will have an excellent work history whilst able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge to enable them to successfully manage this size and type of project.Schemes are of various build, RC frame, Timber frame, Traditional, and require an experienced Site Manager to take them from inception through to completion. Having previously managed the whole process of a project life cycle and built Residential Housing units in the past, the right candidate will know what it takes to complete the project on schedule and to the right specification.
