 Contract Supervisor - KentOur client, a nationally established Facilities Management contractor, are looking to recruit an experienced Hard FM Manager with a proven track of success in delivering maintenance services to join their busy site in Kent.ROLE*Manage routine maintenance schedules to meet all KPIs and client SLAs.*Direct minor works projects, liaising with clients at all times.*Provide technical expertise where needed.*Maintain compliance on all H&S policies, ensuring all staff have the correct Work Permits, PPE and updated Site Inductions.*Report to Contracts Manager on a daily basis.CANDIDATE*Previous, proven experience in managing Building Services contracts.*Educated to ONC / HNC level in a relevant discipline.*Excellent communication and man management skills.*Computer literate.SALARY*£33K + benefits
