 This Main Contractor is based in Surrey and Covers Projects in the Social Housing, Health, Education and Heritage Sectors. They are looking to recruit an Intermediate level Planner to supplement their pre-qualification, tender and contract planning capability. Candidates will have a minimum of 5 years planning experience of building projects, both refurbishment and New Build. Duties will include tendering building projects up to £25m, working as part of the bid team, attendance at pre-qualification and tender interviews and liaison with clients and consultants, assess projects for time and methodology, preparation of presentation documentation for inclusion in submissions, good knowledge of tower cranes and other plant, software knowledge of Power project v11, MS Word & Excel, etc, and able and willing to carry out a visiting site planning and audit role.
