 Design and Build Manager - General Build - East AngliaMy client is a contractor who have a number of general build projects which have been won in the North Anglia region (Norfolk, Peterborough, Lincolnshire)Requirements - Experience of Design Management on general build projects (education, healthcare, commercial, leisure etc)-Experience of Managing the design and build process-Site Engineering / Management background rather than technical design (preferred)-Be commutable to East Anglia and Lincolnshire border-Permanent track record of employment-Main contractor backgroundThe role The role will be site based on a variety of general build schemes of various sizes across the East Anglia region.
