 The Company:A leading property services company, with offices nationwide, who have a particular expertise in social housing, education and commercial sectors.The Role:Require a Quantity Surveyor for their Kent Office. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will survey all types of property for painting and/or repair contracts. Measuring and calculating rates for estimating, you will finalise all work values. You will monitor and control cost information on projects, ensuring profit and prompt payment. Ultimately you will manage contracts to achieve a contented productive workforce, a satisfied customer and maximise value & profit.The Candidate:Degree educated or a HNC/HND in Building, you will have proven ability as a Quantity Surveyor having worked for recognised contractors who work on painting and/or repair contracts. Commercially aware, you will have excellent communication and written skills, aswell as being computer literate. You will have a driving licence.The Package:From £30,000 per annum and benefits including a company car or allowance.
