 Pre-Construction Design Manager - EssexThe Company My client is a national Main Contractor with a secure workload of upcoming work, to keep this consistency of work they are looking to recruit an experienced Pre-construction Design Manager to join the team.The RoleYou will be working on various general build projects at pre-construction stage and supporting the Design Management function as a senior representative within the business.Requirements-Previous Main Contractor employment is essential.-Worked previously in a Design Co-ordinator / Manager role.-Experience working on general build projects (Education, Healthcare, MOJ, Commercial, Industrial, Retails etc).-Due to the nature of their work candidates with Residential related experience are not desired as this is a limited work source for their business.-Experience working on projects valued form £5M - £30M.-Tender Stage / pre-construction experience. -Excellent written and communication skills.-UK Driving Licence.Remuneration-£45,000 - £65,000 Basic Salary-Car / Car allowance-Fuel Card-Healthcare-PensionApply now for further details.
