Our client has a new vaancy for a Site Superviosr at our TUC contract in London. The Supervisor will be responsible for organising and directing all PPM, reactive and small project works in accordance with our client's standard procedures and the contract specification.Key Accountabilities for the role are as follows *To organise, co-ordinate, control and supervise the day to day site activities *Responsible for efficiently and economically implementing the assigned tasks from commencement to completion in compliance to applicable standards, including monitoring and regular reporting *Responsible for all first line H+S matters on site*Oversee and be responsible for the delivery of the service and maintenance of all assets under contract *Plan and carry out all reactive work on the site*Production of quotations for extra works in line with budgetary guidelines*To carry out regular appraisals, team briefings, toolbox talks etc.*Regular reporting to the Contract Manager regarding job progress, staff issues, extra works quotations, and client issues*Ensuring that sub-contractors work in line with our systems, and monitoring / reporting on their work*Methodically follow up assigned work orders, update and close upon completion of job*Arrange for regular site inspections to ensure an excellent standard of work and timely completion*Ensure that approval is obtained from the client before work progresses*Perform the administrative duties as required by the position (including attending monthly meetings and producing minutes)Keep developing and maintain relationships with the client and other stakeholders*Adherence to all current company procedures and the IMS system Qualifications and Experience:* Mechanical / Electrical technical qualificationsExperienced people manager*Experienced in building services preferably in a maintenance environment *Experienced in producing quotations*A reasonable level of computer literacy in the more common applications & CMMS *Fluent in written and spoken English*Have good leadership, team building and communication skills Benefits:Salary of £3090025 days holidayStakeholder PensionAXA PPP after 6 months service
