You will be in charge of a team leading the bids& tendering department. As a Principal Planning Engineer you will have experience leading a team and have the drive and leadership qualities to develop a team and communicate effectively and efficiently with the planning manager and directors. Essential Requirements-Degree/ HND/ HNC or relevant experience.-Project Planning experience in the Rail Industry desirable but NOT essential.-Experience of planning multiple projects with a value of £10,000,000 -Expertise using Primavera P6 at an administrator level. -Leadership and Management experience.-Excellent interpersonal skills, parallel with an assertive leadership style.Key Words: Principal Planner/ Lead Planner/ Tendering/ Bids/ Management
