 This Client is a Main Contractor who cover Projects in the Health, Education, Commercial, Residential and listed Buildings Sectors ranging from £500k - £6m in value. They are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor who is capable working autonomously and running multiple Projects. Candidates must have a stable, proven track record within Main Contracting, and have at least 5 Years Quantity Surveying experience. The role is Predominately Office based and visiting Projects under your control. Day to day duties include Measurements, Variations, Valuations, Sub Contract Procurement, Final Accounts, etc, and reporting into a Commercial Manager. A Competitive Salary and package is being offered.
