 This Main Contractor cover New Build and Refurbishment projects in the Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Leisure, Residential and Listed Buildings sectors ranging from £500k-£5m in value. They are looking to recruit an Office based Commercial Manager who will be capable of running the Commercial function for this Region. You will be responsible for a team of Surveyors, have overall responsibility for all Commercial activities, reporting into into a Regional Director. Candidates will need to be hands on, and have been performed the role of Senior/ Managing Quantity Surveyor for at least 5 Years. An excellent Salary and Package is on offer.
