 Required urgently - Quantity Surveyor - Highways A Quantity Surveyor is required to be primarily office based in the East Midlands area. You need to be from a civils background with a good understanding and knowledge of NEC 3, target pricing. You need to be confident when dealing with applications of payments, and variations. Rate: £150-170 per day - this is a stand alone QS level therefore someone with 5 years experience would be considered. For the right person there is a permanent position available. Location: Office based in the East Midlands, commutable locations Leicester, Warwickshire, South Derby, Northampton, and Central BirminghamDuration: 8 week contract, permanent available for right personAvailability: you need to be available immediate, and able to start on Wednesday 18th JanuaryRequirements- You need to be a QS, confident in your own abilities. You need to be switched on and be able to hit the ground running.- You will have a civils background- NEC experience is required.
