 Our client has a new vacancy for a Maintenance Electrician based from our Frimley site. Purpose:This position will ensure that all work will be completed in line with the Clients Maintenance requirements and Quality and Safety Manual systems'.Principal Accountabilities:· Assist and direct Specialist Sub Contractors as required· Issue relevant Operational Permits · Electrical testing of Distribution boards · Conduct Pat Testing when requested· Carry out Inspection and Testing of Electrical Circuits· Carry out all Planned Preventative Maintenance work. (PPM)· Carry out Reactive requests where defined by the CMMS· Periodically carry out checks and report on maintenance and insurance work status for the defined area of responsibility. · Identify work practices which could be improved and raise the necessary approvals to implement said change.· Ensure that the customer is kept informed about the progress of their work requests.· Ensure that the client is kept fully informed and aware of any project activities that are happening within all areas. · Ensure that all isolations relevant to project work are undertaken in line with project and EMCOR rule set.· Monitor all attendance on site using the process defined in Local Method Statements.· It will be the responsibility of the Maintenance team to promote good practice in health and safety, ensuring that new directives and methods of work to comply with health and safety regulations are understood and adopted by the Maintenance Team. Qualifications and Experience:*Commensurate experience and working background within this environment will be a requisite requirement. *17th Edition*Multi-skilled Engineer with ability to understand and prove all M&E requirements*Time Management Awareness & Performance monitoring *Experience in Fan coil maintenance*Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems*Ability to fault find and diagnose via Drawings and relevant information Benefits:Salary up to £30000 + bens
