 We are looking for a Remedial Works Supervisor to work at our site in Docklands. Working on the Jubilee, Northern and Piccadilly lines carrying out general maintenance, repairs, minor works & investigation on the Mechanical & Electrical systems. There is a degree of client interaction required and therefore the successful candidate must be presentable with good communication skills Principle Accountabilities: *Plan, direct and carry out maintenance, repairs, minor works & investigations on Tube Lines Mechanical & Electrical assets *Direct the team to work in accordance with Health & Safety documentation*Preparation of reports*Comply with London Underground and other applicable working standards*Preparation of all necessary handover documentation relating to works. Other factors: *Possibilities for overtime working*Requires participation in a Call Out arrangement*Requires participation of shift patterns Qualifications and Experience:*Experience within a similar role. *London Underground Entry Permit is required*FM knowledge is preferred but not required.*Knowledge of M&E systems *Basic IT skills would be an advantage*A good level of interpersonal and customer relationship skills is required Competencies required to carry out the role: *London Underground Entry Permit*Ability to sustain effective relationships*Ability to plan and organise*Communication skills*Reliability*Responsibility*Resilience*Strategic Awareness*Valid full driving licence*Drive and Determination Benefits:25 days holiday
