Experienced within administration you will be highly efficient at coordinating and organising meetings and diaries, with the ability to communicate at all levels.RoleCollation of Leave requestsCoordination of Expense and Petty cash submissionsCoordination of meeting minutes and actionsAssist in the collation and issuing of reportsCoordination of central administration in support of management teamAssist in smooth communication flowsAc hoc administration activities as directed by Performance ManagerBuild and manage customer relationshipsCandidateA BTEC/A level Business Qualification Extensive Administrative skillsPA/Secretarial experienceFull Clean UK Drivers license and a willingness to travelIdeally construction or FM backgroundSecurity clearance will be required due to the nature of the sitePackageSalary circa £22k per annumCompany pension25 days holiday plus BHAXA PP after 6 months service
