Description:	Site Manager - South London - 6 month contract - salary Negotiable My client creates medium to large-scale developments in the residential sector. They have a high percentage of negotiated work and repeat business which is a reflection on the relationships that we build with our clients.The project is a £40m new build residential development of apartments located in South London. I am looking for an Individual with a track record in all aspects of site management gained within the residential sector. Ideally you will have a residential background working on large residential projects. You will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, who can motivate and influence others. Proven experience in managing a team of people and carrying out all associated processes. It is essential you have First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS Key Duties and Responsibilities: Drawings and document reviews Site inductions / Toolbox talks. Health & Safety Monitoring. Discussions with the designers. Discussions with the Client. Planning ahead / forecast programming. Site image awareness.
