Assistant Site Manager - Decent Homes - Poole - 6 month Contract - U288My client is one of the twelve regional businesses. It provides a comprehensive construction service throughout central Southern England. They have a high percentage of negotiated work and repeat business which is a reflection on the relationships that we build with our clients working on projects both large and small. The project is a large Decent Homes refurbishment project in Poole. I am looking for an Individual with a proven track record in site management gained within the Decent homes arena. Ideally you will have a Decent Homes background. You will be a strong team player with good communication skills, who can motivate and influence others. Proven experience in managing a team of people and carrying out all associated processes, e.g. performance reviews, one to ones, team meetings etc. It is essential you have First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS You would report to a on site Site Manager and be responsible for the site management and coordination of the works on site to deliver a successful project including the management of the supply chain and close liaison with the Site Manager and other internal and external parties. You will be required to overseeing internal upgrades on the social housing projects. Key Duties and Responsibilities: *Ensure the site is managed well and maintained at the highest standard of Health, Safety and Environment *Ensure site presentation is maintained in line with group requirements and promotes a good image. *Manage the site resources in line with agreed programme requirements * Establish the quality requirements for the project and ensure the works are completed to a high standard Must Have Decent Homes experience and CSCS, 1st Aid and SMSTS or SSSTS certificatesFor further Information please Email your CV to: nick.smith@oneillandbrennan.com
