 Foreman required to join a site based team to work on new build commercial projects circa £5M in value. The Role Working along-side the Construction Manager on a day to day basis, you will have a responsible input to the running of the project to include management of subcontractors, ensuring health & safety standards, customer liaison and managing the hand over process. Having progressed into management and with a trade background, you will have an excellent working knowledge of the construction industry and finishes in particular. With a keen eye for detail, you will hold a current CSCS card and hold certification in SMSTS and first aid (or willing to work towards them). The Candidate The incumbent will demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven technical knowledge to liaise at all levels with subcontractors, suppliers and internal & external customers.
