Description:	A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Construction/ Site Manager to work for a leading National Contractor. This client is an expert in their specific field of Care Homes and due recent expansion plans, they are adding a Construction Manager to their South Wales operations. The successful candidate will join an already well established Construction department and will report directly to the Construction Director. Suitable candidates will ideally come from a main contracting background with proven experience as a Site Manager on projects valued between £5m-£10m. Experience in the Care Home sector would be an advantage. Due to the nature of the work, the incumbent will work away from home as required, and a previous history of lodging away is highly desirable to the client.
