Construction Manager required to act as the lead member of the site based team on a new build project in Aldershot valued at £3m. My client is recognised as a "First Class" employer under the Best Companies Accreditation 2011 which is based upon factors including well being and personal growth. . The Role Reporting to a Project Director, you will be responsible for all day to day project operations to include Health & Safety, Quality and Client satisfaction. In addition, you will manage the activities of the subcontractors and the informal and formal management of the site team that typically includes a Finishing Manager and a Crane Operator. The Candidate The incumbent should demonstrate the ability to absorb and impart factual information to others and work within standard operating procedures. Excellent communication skills, the need to enjoy challenging situations and a systematic approach to problem solving are integral to the role. You will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring the highest quality standards are achieved.
