 Onsite Connect, a growing telecommunications business in Portsmouth require a motivated and competent administrator to carry out clerical, reception and data-entry duties that will ensure the smooth and efficient execution of sales and customer service administration within the Business. The person will be required to be IT literate and very familiar with all Microsoft Office packages as well as having experience of database systems. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role within a telecoms or technology type sales business. Job DescriptionAccountabilities:To be responsible to the Account Manager and Business Account Managers, assisting in the accurate and timely preparation of all material required within the business for promotion of the Company's activities. Main Duties:*To assist in the preparation of marketing and other client literature to ensure proper communication with them.*To answer telephones as a priority within the business.*To work with the Business Account Managers to ensure legible, accurate and prompt provision of client information.*To undertake general reception and other admin duties as required.*Updating the Stock and Commissions Database.*To undertake a weekly stock count.*Maintenance of hard copy filing system.*Receive and despatch stock as appropriate.*To liaise with mobile networks as appropriate. *Other duties as from time to time advisedFull time. 8.30-17.30 Mon to Fri (1 hour for lunch)25 days holiday per annumSalary £13k-£15k per annumPlease apply by sending an up to date cv in the first instance to info@onsiteconnect.co.uk
