 This Main Contractor covers New Build Projects in the Health, Education, Commercial, Leisure, Retail and Industrial Sectors ranging from £5m - £40m in value. They are looking to recruit a Project Manager for a £15m D&B, RC Frame, 3 Storey, Procure 21 Healthcare Project in the Northern Home Counties. Initially working on the Front End aspect from Head Office, the Project goes to Site in April, 2012. Reporting into a Regional Director, you will have overall responsibility for leading to scheme, managing a Site Team, working closely with Commercial staff, ensuring the project is built to programme and budget. It is essential candidates have have worked as a No1 Project Manager on P21 Healthcare Projects before, and have a stable, proven track record working for Top 30 Main Contractors.
