 Our client has been awarded the contract for a large re-roofing project of a commercial building in Wiltshire. They require the services of an experienced Commercial Site Manager, ideally with roofing experience, to oversee this project. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive commercial site management experience along with a solid understanding of the applicable rules and regulations governing such projects, Heath & safety etc and be able to provide exlamples of previous project work where they had responsibility for enforcing them. The role will be demanding and requires someone with a flexible approach to working hours.
