 Site Manager - North WestOur client is a major contractor within the Decent Homes sector with sites throughout the UK. With the award of several new contracts in the North West, they are looking for a highly experienced Site Manager to join their Management team on a Temporary basis.ROLE*Deliver projects in line with client requirements and to the standards and deadlines set by the contractor. *Responsible for all site Health, Safety and Environment procedures. *Ensure all plant, labour and materials are available as needed. *Report daily progress and requirements to the Project Manager.*Manage the resources available and liaise closely with the Project Manager to plan future requirements CANDIDATE*Previous experience in a senior site management role, preferably within the social housing sector.*CSCS Site Manager.*Current, valid 1st Aid accreditation.*SMSTS qualified.SALARY*£16 per hour, depending upon experience.*Mileage allowance.
