Description:	Site Manager required to manage the first fix of this new build 650 unit student accommodation in the City of London.The successful candidate will take control of the first fix of the project whilst getting involved in other aspects of the project from first fix through to completion, reporting progress to the overall Project Manager. Applicants will require relevant experience, having built similar size and type projects in the past and may come from either a developer or main contractor background. Ideally applicants will be degree qualified and computer literate, whilst having an excellent understanding of the build process. This is a temp to perm position.
